Confederation Beach Park is a 93-hectare park owned by the City of Hamilton and managed by the Hamilton Conservation Authority. Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, the park features some of the best summertime activities in Hamilton. Visitors are welcome to swim in the lake, play beach volleyball, enjoy a picnic and use the trails for biking, running and leisurely strolls. It is located along the paved Hamilton Beach Trail which runs from the Fifty Point to the Burlington Canal where the Waterfront Trail continues another 4.2 km in Burlington with various other beaches includes Beachway Park.
Confederation Park also features various other attractions including go-karts, batting cages, mini-golf, the Wild Waterworks Water Park, and great restaurants right on the beach!
